A few quick thoughts

1.) Everyone isn't doing it - other drugs are so much cheaper.
2.) Not for nothing, but the actor was too healthy to be a real junky
3.) I didn't look closely enough, but I'm assuming that if he had that violent reaction to his fix, it would have happened quick suddenly, and his rig would have been visible.
But hey, that's just the opinion of your old doctor and I've been drink formalehide since I was 14.
