With the death of Mr. Gaddaffi and the capture and death of Mr. Hussein before him, it is now painfully obvious to Evil Dictators everywhere - hiding out in a sewer or a 'spider hole' is not the way to go.
None of them watched The Third Man with a critical eye. A note to US Special Ops: remember to check all the sewers and 'spider holes'.
